Make your photography brief by creating a shot list. List your products including their names/codes to work out the total number of images you require.  A word document or excel file can be helpful for listing large quantities.

Describe or find examples of the type of images you need. For example, a 2000pixel square crop with the product on a white background with a small shadow.  Transparent backgrounds are also available.

If known include the final file sizes or image proportions you require.

If you would like keywords added into your images, make a list of these to include in your brief.

Email me to request a quote for your job, outlining your brief.   If you have any questions for me  just ask.

Be sure to read the quotes terms and conditions.  If the shoot is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice a cancellation fee of 50% of the day rate is due.

Book a date for your shoot.

Securely deliver your products to me ahead of the shoot date, or bring them along if you are attending the shoot.

Choose products that are in perfect condition for the best results  eg. clearly printed and properly applied labels on bottles. Ensure to carefully package your products to reduce any scratching or damage during transit.

On the shoot day 

If you have booked an an E-commerce product shoot it will be completed as per the brief outlined in the quote.

Final images are retouched by me after the shoot or the following day depending on the schedule.

Images are delivered to you via a download link for your approval.  A digital watermark will be used on images emailed for approval.

After the shoot is complete

Your invoice will be emailed to you. 

Once the invoice is paid you are free to enjoy using your new imagery to promote your brand.

Arrange the collection of your products with your courier, or I can return them  to you via royal mail special delivery.
